Introducing XOXO...

Today I get to introduce a new stamp set by Papertrey Ink coming out on December 15th called XOXO by Heather Nichols! It is chock full of darling conversation heart stamps and fun fonts to create for thank you's, love cards, anniversaries, Valentine's, etc.

On the Together card, I used a new Papertrey Ink cardstock color called Lovely Lady, which is stamped with the little heart in XOXO to create the background. It's a beautiful shade of pink in between Sweet Blush and Hibiscus Burst. The big conversation hearts are stamped with XOXO.

Washi tape was added to the top with a gold enamel dot and stamped hearts from XOXO. The together sentiment is from Quilted: Spring.

Together card:
STAMPS: XOXO, Quilted: Spring
INK: Pure Poppy, Lovely Lady, True Black
PAPER: White and Lovely Lady cardstock
DIES: none
OTHER: gold enamel dot. twine, striped washi tape.
______

On the I'll Always Love You card, I used XOXO stamp set and a new set called Keep It Simple: Love ("I'll Always love you" sentiment).

Most of the hearts are stamped directly onto the card front, with the exception of one red one, which is popped up for dimension.

I'll Always Love You card:
STAMPS: XOXO, Keep It Simple: Love
INK: Summer Sunrise, Pure Poppy, Hibiscus Burst, Lovely Lady, True Black, Aqua Mist
PAPER: White cardstock, Pure Poppy Pattern Pack
DIES: none
OTHER: Soft Stone button, floss, washi tape.
______

Below I've combined the XOXO stamp set with an oldie set called Stitched Sentiments to create a matchbox style card.

To create the matchbox look, a strip of Aqua Mist cardstock was cut 4 1/4" wide by 11", then scored and folded at 4 inches down from the top for the front piece. Then to trim out the heart in the center, I used the Limitless Layers 2.5" Hearts dies.

On the outside, I used Stitched Sentiments stamps for the branches and sentiments. Inside the card, I used a piece of Nostalgic Notions paper and an XOXO stamped heart.

You Always Bring out the Best In Me card:
STAMPS: XOXO, Stitched Sentiments
INK: Aqua Mist, Pure Poppy, Tropical Teal
PAPER: Aqua Mist, Nostalgic Notions
DIES: Limitless Layers 2.5" Hearts
OTHER: seam binding, gold sequins.

Each of these cards is wonderful, Danielle. I just love pink and how good it looks with so many different colors. And the matchbook card would make a fabulous Make It Monday (hint, hint).

Awesome, Danielle! I was wondering how the Limitless Heart dies would coordinate with the XOXO and Dawn's Enclosed Heart stamp set.
